Operation performed: Coronary artery bypass surgery?

Times two, left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending. At the time of surgery, the left radial artery was inspected and found to have inadequate ulnar collateral flow. The saphenous vein was harvested with the Guidant endovenous harvesting tech. The left internal nammary artery was harvested. Now where the by-pass was done there is a 90 % blockage in the circumflex and thats why this doctor feels there is nothing that can be done. WHAT IS ALL OF YOUR OPIONIONS THAT HAVE RESONDED SO FAR TO MY QUESTIONS REGARDING TH 90 % CIRCUMFLEX?
