Living Estate Question?

My in laws turned over their property to their daughter but they have a living estate on it. She has purchased a trailer and put it on the property for her parents to live in. The trailer is financed in daughters name but parents make payment directly to bank each month. The daughter used the property as collateral to purchase the trailer. Can the daughter say who can stay over night at the house or just visit? Is she considered a landlord? She moves in and out of house when ever she wants and has her own place of residence. But, does not live their herself full time. What rights do the parents have? Does the daughter have control of the house and property? Thanks to anyone that can give me correct answers. We live in the state of Georgia.
