Comp Engg. at MNIT Jaipur or Chemical Engg. at Anna University Guindy?

With Chemical engg. I'd get to do Mtech biotech for masters. I wanna do that. But with comp science the starting salary would be higher if I don't do a masters degree. Anna uni is a better university than Nit jaipur...but should I go to NIT for the name "NIT" because it's like a brand. Is Chem Engg. a good course? Cos I kinda wanna do that. Would I still get a good job and good placements with Chemical Engineering at Anna University?
