Please!! DESPERATE for help!?

I'm 13 and obviously not into a vaginal exam.( Wich just a heads up , I refuse and is not an option.) I think I have a yeast infection. Things like vagisil and vagicaine make it worse and I went to the docter and got pills I think they were somthin like fluzamectzol( didn't work.AT ALL >:| ) aNd a cream (made it worse) its a HORRIBLE itch and I've had it for a month( everythin bad happens 2 me:itch, HEAVY periods, asma ect..) I can't relax, sleep, walk, stand for to long, enjoy my self......cuz it itches bad!!) also, I can't hang in public cuz I constantly have to scratch. Its not just embarresing, its. Governing my life!! Please tell me somthing I can do 2 stop it! Any thing! But it has 2 b somthin that works rite away and an exam is NOT an option!!! NO F-IN WAY!!!!!
