When do you think people will be able to govern themselves (Anarchy)?

Obviously, there are a lot of dumb asses out there right now, so i'm sure nobody will try having an anarchy type of government as of now. So,the question is, will anyone become an anarchist government. And if so, who will be the first? Because I'm sure someday there will be self ruling governments, I just want to know when! My guess is probably in the next 100 years.....
