What are the best types of business to open?

I have a small capital and I also have two cars to put up for collateral to the bank to get a new business line of credit. I have a few ideas for a business but i don't feel to strong about them. I just graduated college and i am NOT EVER going to work for anyone else. I want to open my own business.. Does anyone have any good business ideas in an economy like ours?
