Jehovah's Witnesses; you know how the.............?

Jehovah's Witnesses; you know how the light gets brighter all the time as is the teaching, well I was thinking about how the governing body says and it is written in the WT that the new information is like timely, and comes out at just the right time. So now I am thinking...........when is the right time and how can we see that it is timely? Can we discern the right time by seeing how former teachings proved wrong?
