I have some questions about loans...HELP?

So here is my sitch...I want to go back to school. I have 2 jobs (like most of America I'm sure so I'm not trying to complain) but when i go back to school I'm going to have to quit one of my jobs...i need to make up for that second income. I cant find any help ANYWHERE. Everything i hear is for student loans which are not the issue. No where does personal loans. The one place i found wants my car as collateral, a $300 sign up fee, then a 35% fixed interest rate so when all is said and done ill have paid $16,000 for a $6,000 loan. I feel so defeated. Ive asked everyone i know for advice and i cant seem to find anything that helps :-( I don't spend frivolously so i cant really "cut back" on anything. Please, for the love of god, someone help me!
