Does anyone know of any banks that offer High Risk Loans?

I do not own a home much less have any collateral. I lost my job a few years ago and got behind on everything. I am looking for 20,000 personal loan. I understand i have to pay a higher interest rate and that's fine. I am not interested in cash advances or payday loans. I have been all over the internet and with no avail.
